Atty. Bernal obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the Foundation University where she graduated Class Valedictorian and cum laude. As a consistent honor student, she was also the recipient of the Judge Eleuterio Chiu Gold Medallion for Excellence and the President's Honor Award. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Siliman University.
