Atty. Lagmay possesses a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the San Sebastian Recoletos - Institute of Law. In addition, he has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas.

He is a licensed insurance agent and has worked at one of the most prestigious insurance companies in the country.

Atty. Lagmay works with the Litigation Department and attends to various aspects of civil, administrative and commercial litigation.
