Ms. Nierva has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Marketing.

She is the firm's paralegal charged with the processing of visas, business permits and other business concerns. At present, she is the firm's liaison officer to numerous government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Immigration, Department of Labor & Employment, Securities & Exchange Commission, Department of Trade & Industry, Land Registration Authority, Food and Drug Administration and various local government units, among others.
